Tony Redhead

Tony has over 26 years experience in the field of computer graphics design and has been involved it's development and commercial acceptance since 1984.

With experience gained producing digital artwork for major U.S. entertainment companies such as the Walt Disney Company and 20th Century Fox, advertising agency Leo Burnett-Kyodo and as an integral part of the development teams for leading American software developer Live Picture, Tony's passion was to translate that experience into providing exceptional online experiences.

Tony formed Red Square in 1995 and over 13+ years built it into one of Australia's prominent Web development companies with clients such as Panasonic Australia, Youth Hostels of Australia and the oneworld Airline Alliance.

In October 2009, Red Square merged with webem, pooling resources,talent and clients.

Red Square still continues today and Tony now provides services as a Creative Technologist for webqem primarily in the area of Dynamic Imaging and consultancy services. Tony shoots and produces 360º panoramas for a number of companies including Panasonic Australia and Youth Hostels of Australia.

Timeline - 360º Panorama

This is a proof of concept panorama showing progressive views of a changing environment. Interface options allow for Fullscreen viewing and "Day 5" has embedded video.

For the POC the environment has been rendered in 3D using Carrara and uses Flash Panorama Player to deliver the project.
